SMARTBERG UX/UI PROJECT - JAN/24 TO APR/24
Website Relaunch
Smartberg is a fictional German city with a political, environmental and technological orientation. My challenge was to create its responsive website, starting with intensive research and UX analysis, to serve the needs of its population and boost tourism in the city.

UX Research
During user analysis, I researched the profile and needs of the audience, using methods like Empathy Map and Persona to define the ideal character. I also identified user interests and analyzed their paths and emotional reactions through methods like Customer Journey Map and User Scenario.
Setting goals
Through product analysis and usability, it was possible to identify good practices and opportunities in functionalities that had not been fully exploited yet. Based on this process, goals were defined for the project, such as:
Providing citizens with uncomplicated access to public services
A visually appealing interface capable of effectively communicating Smartberg's values, attracting visitors and interacting with its residents on a personal level.
IA and Wireframes
After finding the essential features for this product and its users, it was time to organize the content. This phase also involved a lot of sketching and a continuous commitment to building intuitive, user-centered navigation paths.

This aesthetic result was a fusion between valuing the environment and the technological openness as a creative basis for designing this interface. My design choices were carefully thought out to bring ideological recognition to this population, as well as demarcating the city's identity in relation to tourism.
The color palette was inspired by the natural landscapes of Germany, with an intense use of pastel tones.
By combining sans serif and serif typefaces, I wanted to intentionally provoke recognition of print media combined with digital practice.
All these elements, together with rounded shapes and a clean layout, make for a welcoming and visually pleasing environment, even during long sessions on the site - such as when accessing bureaucratic services.
